With a floor size of app. 40 m2 with cream-coloured marble floors throughout, it includes a long hall with storage space, a small bathroom with tub and cupboard, a fully equipped small kitchen, and a living room with storage cupboard (easily removable to increase size of the living room) and  a double futon. The living room is very light, opening up to the terrace with sliding doors. In addition to offering incredible views (see above), the terrace contains a built-in storage cupboard, hooks for hammock, and roll-down awnings. The apartment is cooled/heated by an air-conditioning unit, and there is a new hot water tank that has recently been totally rewired.
